As a development and series supplier to the international automotive industry (with a focus on contact parts, power cable harnesses and fuse boxes), we develop and manufacture cable harnesses and components at four locations in Hemer, the Czech Republic and Tunisia.
To strengthen our HR department, we are looking for a committed and qualified HR officer (m/f/d) who will actively shape our HR work with professional competence, a sense of responsibility and a structured way of working and contribute to the sustainable success of our company.

TASKS THAT AWAIT YOU WITH US

Operational HR work: Independent handling of all HR-related processes from contract creation and works council hearings to contract amendments, certificates and references
Advice & support: Competent contact person for employees and managers in all personnel-related, labor law and social security issues
Recruiting & Onboarding: Participation in the entire recruiting process, including conducting interviews, creating contract documents and supporting professional onboarding
HR projects & health management: Support with and, if necessary, management of projects in the areas of company integration management (BEM), health promotion and personnel development Strategic HR work:

Participation in the further development of personnel processes, guidelines and standards
Analysis and optimization of existing HR structures and processes
Support with personnel planning, succession planning and organizational development
Development and implementation of personnel development measures as well as training and further education concepts
Trusting cooperation with the works council

PREREQUISITES YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

Commercial training ideally with further training as a personnel specialist or completed studies with a focus on human resources
Several years of professional experience in an industrial company, preferably in the automotive supplier sector
Sound knowledge of labor, works constitution and social law
Opportunities for professional and personal development
Experienced with MS Office programs
Team spirit, initiative and independent, structured work paired with strong communication skills and service orientation
