Complex cable assembly in Tunisia
In response to the successful establishment of our first site in Bouarada and increasing capacity requirements, we established our site in Zaghouan, Tunisia, in 2018. Here, we currently employ around 220 people and are proud to hold the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
Similar to our other site in Tunisia, the focus here is also on large-volume cable assembly projects. In some cases, this also includes the smallest cross-sections for signal lines. Ultrasonic welding of splice connections is just as much a part of the connection technology here as the crimping and screwing processes.
Detailed final testing of the complex cable harnesses is carried out on modern test tables with integrated screwing technology in compliance with the necessary quality requirements.
The Zaghouan site is an important part of our corporate strategy to meet the increasing demand for complex cable assembly solutions.
