Precise cable assembly and quality inspection
Our Czech site in Jablonné nad Orlicí was established in 2010, making it our first foreign site and an important facility for cable assembly.
With currently about 200 employees, various battery and supply cables made of copper and aluminum are assembled here. For this purpose, we use various types of connection techniques such as crimping, ultrasonic welding ultrasonic welding and soldering. From the pre-assembly of assemblies and fuse boxes to the final assembly of complex cable harnesses, through to bolting and final testing, all production steps are carried out in compliance with the necessary quality characteristics.
In addition, the Czech site is also a logistics hub for the delivery of the cable harnesses from the Tunisian sites.
The assembly of subassemblies or fuse boxes is carried out by means of screwdriving technology, whereby we use torque and angle of rotation monitoring to ensure the required precision. Finally, all manufactured products are tested by the appropriate testing technology in all quality-relevant aspects to ensure the fulfillment of customer-specific quality requirements.
