100 years Schulte & Co
Since our founding in 1923, we are proud to celebrate 100 years of successful business. What once started as a classic foundry has transformed into an internationally operating Tier1 supplier. In August 2023, we will celebrate this anniversary together with our employees at our plant site in Hemer.
This celebration is not only a look into the past, but also an anticipation of an even more successful future.

With foresight to a constantly changing environment, a long-term and future-proof strategy must be developed and established. For this, the future must be well planned, but the past must also be reflected in detail.
The question is: "How will we get around in the future?"
Whether e-mobility, autonomous driving, hydrogen drives or e-fuels - no one can predict which technology is the right one.
One thing is certain - the future needs the right connections!
We will meet part of this challenge as a system developer and manufacturer for electrical connections and thus ensure the satisfaction of our customers' future needs in the long term. The course has been set and change is already underway. Schulte is also undergoing change and is preparing for exciting developments and technologies.
