At our main location in Hemer, Sauerland, we develop and plan the future projects of the Schulte Group. With a team of about 350 employees, the foundations for the projects of our worldwide customers are laid here.
As quality plays an important role in the automotive sector, we are proud to hold various certifications such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and TISAX.
Our focus is on sales, development, component production (including cable lugs, battery terminals and plastic parts), administration and purchasing. As a shipping location for our components, we not only supply our customers worldwide, but also our foreign locations.
In our production, we use various technologies such as forging, machining, stamping, as well as various assembly/joining processes to manufacture high-quality products. In addition, we invest in the development and testing of new manufacturing technologies. For example, we recently successfully introduced ultrasonic welding of aluminum contacts, which we have passed on to our foreign locations.
