TASkS THAT YOU CAN ExPECT WITH US

Purchasing of project-related materials and services in close coordination with project management, development and production as well as the foreign locations within the Schulte Group; representative of purchasing within the project team
Development and implementation of strategic product group and procurement concepts
Carrying out market analyses and identifying and evaluating potential suppliers
Conducting negotiations with national and international suppliers regarding prices, framework agreements and delivery conditions
Development and maintenance of strategic supplier relationships
Initiation and implementation of cost optimization measures along the supply chain
Collaboration in the further development of purchasing processes and systems

PREREQUISITES YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training as an IHK-certified purchasing specialist or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing in a development and production company, preferably in an automotive environment
Sound knowledge of contracts and supplier management as well as the current Q standards in the automotive sector
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
Business fluent in German and English
Strong analytical thinking, strong communication skills and assertiveness
