TASKS THAT AWAIT YOU WITH US

Independently managing the shift and ensuring a proper shift handoff
Ensuring that the production plan is fulfilled, taking into account available capacities (employees, machinery, equipment, materials, etc.) as well as economic considerations
Ongoing monitoring of product quality, as well as identifying and resolving disruptions and bottlenecks in the production process
Monitoring of ongoing production, as well as production-related inspections and documentation
Collaborate on the analysis of defects, rework, and scrap, as well as on the development and implementation of preventive measures for quality assurance, taking into account the applicable authority matrix
Participation in the assignment of work and shifts, as well as vacation planning, taking into account employees' skills and qualifications
Support in planning and monitoring preventive maintenance measures, as well as in developing maintenance and cleaning schedules
Assist the supervisor in maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area
Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and occupational health and safety requirements within the scope of delegated employer responsibilities (e.g., use of PPE, assistance with risk assessments, etc.)

PREREQUISITES YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

Completion of at least 3.5 years of technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification)
Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a stamping shop or metalworking production facility
In-depth knowledge of all production equipment and processes used in the field, as well as the measuring and testing equipment employed
Safe Use of Measurement, Testing, and Analysis Procedures
Willingness to work in 3-shift system
