Schulte & Co. GmbH is an international Tier 1 supplier with around 1,000 employees. As a development and series supplier to the international automotive industry (with a focus on contact parts, power cable harnesses and fuse boxes), we develop and manufacture cable harnesses and components at four locations in Hemer, the Czech Republic and Tunisia. To strengthen our production planning team, we are looking for a production planner (m/f/d) with organizational talent and technical understanding who can efficiently help shape our production control processes.

TASkS THAT YOU CAN ExPECT WITH US

Scheduling and controlling production orders, taking into account capacities, material availability and delivery dates
Creation and maintenance of production plans and their ongoing optimization
Monitoring production throughputs and ensuring that orders are processed on time
Escalation management in coordination with the purchasing, work preparation, production and sales departments
Continuous improvement of processes to increase planning reliability and delivery capability
Collaboration on process optimization projects within production planning

PREREQUISITES YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

Completed technical vocational training or commercial training with successful further training as an industrial foreman in metal or a comparable qualification
Experience in production planning or work preparation in an industrial company
Good technical understanding of manufacturing processes
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office as well as Q standards from the automotive sector
Analytical thinking, independent working style and ability to work in a team
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
