Schulte & Co. GmbH is an international Tier 1 supplier with around 1,000 employees. As a development and series supplier to the international automotive industry (with a focus on contact parts, power cable harnesses and fuse boxes), we develop and manufacture cable harnesses and components at four locations in Hemer, the Czech Republic and Tunisia.

TASkS THAT YOU CAN ExPECT WITH US

Picking and preparing parts/prematerials for collection
Packaging of components
Preparation of customs and freight documents and recording of delivery and shipping documents
Assistance with inventories and stock checks
Support in container management (e.g. empties management) and creation of packaging instructions
Ensuring the supply of parts to other locations
Visual inspection for damage, unloading of vehicles with aids
Checking the goods for quality, quantity and grade
Entry and maintenance of data in the ERP system/CAQ system
Ensuring proper storage
Maintenance and care of company vehicles (e.g. forklift trucks)
Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

REQUIREMENTS YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

Completed vocational training, ideally in the logistics sector or comparable training
Safe handling of industrial trucks
Knowledge in the area of load securing
Quality-conscious, careful and reliable way of working
High ability to work in a team, flexibility and motivation
Knowledge of dangerous goods desirable
