TASKS THAT AWAIT YOU WITH US

Independent preparation of monthly payroll accounting on time and in the correct manner
Handling of matters relating to employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, payroll tax and social insurance law
Contact person for employees and supervisors in all payroll-related issues
Processing of matters related to employment contracts and certifications
Processing of personnel movements and general personnel administration activities

PREREQUISITES YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with additional qualification as a human resources specialist
At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of payroll accounting with Sage
Sound knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of labor and works constitution law
High level of commitment, reliability and an independent, as well as structured way of working
Ability to work in a team, empathy and a strong service orientation
